Founded by Dr. Mildred Summerville, Tall One Outreach Ministries serves as the home of six distinctive programs—each created to meet important educational, cultural, humanitarian, and community needs.

At Tall One Outreach Ministries, we believe every life has purpose, every gift deserves an opportunity, and every act of service has the power to create lasting change.
Since its establishment in 2003, the organization has provided leadership, education, mentoring, recognition, artistic opportunities, humanitarian service, and community-based programming. What began as one vision has grown into a multifaceted legacy dedicated to helping people discover their potential and use their gifts to serve others.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. Mildred Summerville
Dr. Mildred Summerville is an educator, administrator, author, playwright, producer, promoter, humanitarian, consultant, and community leader whose life has been devoted to education, faith, service, and the development of others.
Following a distinguished career in education, she continued her commitment to young people and communities by founding Tall One Outreach Ministries and developing programs that combine education, mentoring, recognition, artistic expression, leadership, and humanitarian service.
Her work reflects a lifelong belief that purpose must be connected to service and that a true legacy is built by creating opportunities for others.
